During the last weeks, we reorganized our team and started to operate a helpdesk:
We rotate the job of the helpdesk weekly in our team. For small troubles you will get an immediate answer - for large problems it may take some time but you will get an answer from the expert.
Mails sent to our support address are handled by a ticket system (RequestTracker) and processed by the matched member of our team. Please use our helpdesk number and no longer the direct lines. So the other team mebers can focus on their planned work and don't get interrupted.
