While our newsletter is usually the right thing for a user of our services, a computer administrator should get informations direct from the vendor of his system(s). We have collected a list of the security newsletters / mailinglists from the common vendors.

Administrator may be a great word - but think about your private computer at home or your personal notebook. This are systems where you are responsible. Only computers listet on BigBrother could be managed by us and patched in case of problems.

For example the last Linux kernel bug - we could not announce the updates for every distribution on this site. So you should subscribe the security mailing list of your favorite distribution to get the latest news.
